We do not accept any insurance. Insurance does not cover any spinal decompression techniques. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request.
The number of treatments required will be determined after a thorough evaluation of your specific condition through a comprehensive history and examination conducted by the doctor. Each patient's needs and response to treatment may vary, and a personalized treatment plan will be designed to address your individual circumstances.
In general, for most cases, patients typically require between 1-3 visits to address a specific problem. However, it is important to note that in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, such as the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) widely used by States and medical establishments, up to 6 chiropractic treatments may be recommended. These guidelines are based on extensive research and aim to provide effective and appropriate care to patients. They serve as a reference for healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
We believe in providing focused and efficient care to our patients while adhering to industry guidelines and best practices. Our goal is to address your condition effectively within a reasonable timeframe, and we will work closely with you to ensure your treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
During your initial consultation, the doctor will discuss your treatment plan, including the anticipated number of visits, and will be available to answer any questions you may have. We are committed to providing transparent and personalized care, supporting your journey to improved health and well-being.
Our practice has made the decision to opt-out of the Medicare program. As a result, we are unable to offer treatment to individuals who are 65 years of age or older, regardless of their Medicare enrollment status or payment method. If you are enrolled with Medicare for any reason, we will not be able to see you.
We understand that this policy may have implications for patients in need of healthcare services, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Our primary focus has always been on delivering exceptional care to our patients.
If you or a loved one is 65 years or older and seeking medical treatment, we recommend exploring alternative healthcare options available in your area. These options may include healthcare providers who specialize in serving individuals in your age group.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy and assure you that our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare remains unwavering.
Age Limitation: Patients who are 65 years or older are advised that we are unable to provide treatment at our practice due to potential age related risks. We kindly request that you refrain from scheduling an appointment if you fall within this age group.
History of Cancer: If you have a history of cancer, you must have a note from your Oncologist stating you have been cancer-free for the last 6- months, regardless of how long you have been cancer-free.
Cardiovascular Disease: If you have been diagnosed with any form of cardiovascular disease, you must have a report from an Ultrasound of your Carotid and Vertebral arteries showing they are clear.
Osteoporosis: We are unable to treat any patient with a history of osteoporosis due to potential risks associated.
Please note there are contraindications that prohibit a person from receiving this treatment, which will be determined on an individual basis. Scheduling an appointment is not a guarantee of treatment. We prioritize the well-being and safety of our patients, and the decision to proceed with this specialized treatment is made on a case-by-case basis.

Before bringing elite care to Birmingham, it all started in Williamston.
Our original location, Williamston Sport + Spine has become a trusted destination for patients seeking results-driven chiropractic care. It's where we built our foundation - refining our approach, expanding our services, and developing the level of care we're known for today.
From chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work to advanced recovery services like cryotherapy and infrared sauna, Williamston continues to serve as a hub for patients who value thoughtful, comprehensive care.
Many of our Birmingham patients first discovered us there - and still visit both locations depending on their needs.
Two locations. One standard: elite care.
Because life's more fun when you feel good.
